This instrument uses the pencil scratch method to determine the coating film

way through the drawing lead or pencil lead with known hardness.

Structure and Principle
The instrument is mechanical, with three points in contact with the surface to be tested. The two sides are wheels, and the - point is the pen core. Always ensure that the coating film to be tested forms a 45-degree angle. Push the instrument horizontally to complete the test process and measure the ability of the coating film to resist deformation.
