 How to charge

 1. Take out the charging cable and connect it to a 5V, 1A charger. The charging cable has two ports, and one controller is inserted on one side.

 2. The red light flashes when charging, and turns blue when fully charged.

 How to use

 1. Align the controller with the magnetic buckle of the V face meter and fix it.

 2. Wear the V face meter on the face and adjust the position.

 3. Press and hold the controller for 2 seconds to turn it on. At this time, the default is the 1st gear of EMS and the vibration starts to work. The indicator light of the main unit is on and the breathing light is flashing; when using, press the "M" button to switch the mode, click to switch to EMS, a total of 2 modes; If you want to turn off the controller during use, you can also long press the "M" button for 2 seconds to turn off the controller.

 4. EMS has a total of 10 gears, one for vibration. Press "+" to adjust the strength; If you feel that the EMS is too strong during use, you can press "-" to lower the gear.

 5. It is recommended to start the adjustment step by step from the lowest gear in order to find your suitable gear.

 6. The product has a 10 minute automatic shutdown, which counts down after turning on the device, and turns off after 10 minutes.
