Portable Mini Transistor Spot Welding Pen DIY 18650 Battery Spotwelder Machine

           Specifications:     

           The controller adopts single-chip microcomputer control, the output pulse is accurate, and the welding quality is guaranteed.     

           With a LCD display screen, the controller can display welding parameters.     

           The soldering pen and the input line are connected by U-shaped cold-pressed terminals, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement.     

           The controller adopts automatic welding mode, while retaining the manual trigger interface, you can choose according to your own usage.     

           Using 2 ounces of copper, the power board increases the overcurrent capacity.     

           Using five 300A non-disassembled MOS tubes, they have good consistency.     

           The MOS tube driver adopts imported special chip driver, and the MOS tube can be turned on as fast as 20ns, which can switch quickly to prevent tube explosion.     

           MOS drive design increases transient diode to protect MOS and prevent tube explosion.     

           The soldering pen wire and the input wire use 10AWG multi-wire soft cords to increase the current capacity.     

           This controller is mainly for welding 0.1mm to 0.15mm nickel-plated steel strip.     

           Adding a 25V10000uF high frequency low resistance capacitor to the power input, which is for energy compensation and increase welding stability.     

           Using Instructions:     

           1: Power Connection     

           The controller comes with a 20cm long 10AWG input wire, one end has been crimped with the U-shaped terminal, and the other end has not been processed. Connect the crimped U-shaped terminal to the input end of the control power supply, and handle the other end according to your own power supply. Note that the positive and negative poles should not be connected wrongly.     

           2: Switch Machine     

           There is a power switch under the control panel. After pressing it, wait for 3 seconds, after the buzzer beeps, the LCD lights up and the boot is completed. Press the power switch again to shut down.     

           3: Welding     

           Press the welding pen obliquely on the nickel strip to keep the welding needle clean.     

           According to the actual test, if the welding needle is ground into a round head, the welding effect can be improved. There are two welding methods, manual and automatic.
