Instructions for use:

1. When using the thin plate hole opener, first insert the drill front end and the cutter into the round hole of the hole opener, connect the cutter to the electric drill and lock it tightly, and then tighten the stud screws of the three branches on the shelf to prevent the hole opener from sliding; put the left and right positioning pins upwards into the small square hole of the shelf, and finally adjust and tighten the top screw according to the size of the arc to be cut, and fix the ruler Peg to ensure the accuracy of cutting round holes.

2. When cutting the standard arc, please use a thin plate hole opener to keep the circular cut surface smooth and beautiful. It is also necessary to drill a 3 mm positioning eye, then drill a 12 mm hole, and insert the cutter head into the hole to cut the inner and outer circles.

Operational requirement:

1. It is important often oiled on the blade edge, especially for cutting aluminum plates.

2. Open the electric drill and then use, when finished, please exit and then close.

3. When cutting, the cutting edge of the shank must be perpendicular to the object being cut to prevent the hard shank from breaking.

4. Tool bar replacement: open the cover, take out the anti-loose nut, loosen the set screw, pull out the tool bar with pliers, and reinstall it.

5. Tool holder replacement: unscrew the compression cap counterclockwise and replace it with a new one.
