    How to Use:

         1. Connect the electrode pads to the electrode wires. Fasten them and then remove the protective film.    

         Note: A few drops of water on the pad can extend the life of the pad.    

         2. Place a cushion where you need a massage feeling. And plug it into a port on the device. If additional relief is needed, use the second port and repeat the steps to place the other two pads on the skin. Make sure that both pads are on the skin and do not overlap. Make sure your skin is not affected by any oils or lotions.    

         3. Turn on or off the device by long pressing the on/off key of the device.    

         4. Press the M button to try different modes. Remember, the strength will default to the lowest setting selected for each mode.    

         5. Once you have selected a mode, gradually increase the  strength by pressing the + key: Decrease the  strength   by pressing the‑key.    

         6. It is recommended to use 10‑60 minutes. T increases by 10 minutes each time you set it. The remaining time will count down automatically. After the time is over, the unit will automatically shut down.
