Note:
This device is only suitable for 4-wire motors. Please check that your motor has 4 wires. (Motor not included, need to be purchased separately)
The switch is connected to the electric tubular motor, and the motor need to be connected to the neutral wire. The switch is only suitable for 100~240V AC motors (motors are not included, which need to be purchased separately), not for 5-24V direct current motors.
The neutral wire of the motor needs to be installed with a switch, otherwise it will not work.
To protect the motor, please keep the manual switch on the wall in the "STOP" position before using the App to control the blinds.
Heavy metal blinds with limited material are not suitable for calibration.
In order to ensure the stability of the remotes control, do not use other brands of remotes control, please buy our curtain remotes control HFY3-W. (The remotes control needs to be purchased additionally)
