 Installation Method:      

 1. The bathtub water heater should be connected to the tubing circulation system, and can also be connected to the inlet and outlet of the bathtub pump to ensure that the direction of water flow conforms to the instructions on the bathtub water heater.      

 1. The heater must be installed horizontally.      

 2. The heater can be installed with the inlet or outlet of the bathtub pump. (Note: Cannot be fixed by binding)      

 3. PVC pipe: cut a specific length of polyethylene from the pump outlet and connect to the nozzle. (Note: The size of the pipe joint should be the same as that of the bathtub pipe)      

 4. Pipe joints: clean the PVC pipe joints, and then use glue to connect the PVC pipe and joints together. (Note: installation distance between heater and pump)      

 5. Heater installation: Separate the connecting nut and connect the PVC pipe to the heater (Note: O-ring). Make sure the connection is tight enough. (Note: The connecting nut is made of plastic material, too much force will cause damage).      

 6. Connect the knob to the thermostat heater at the threaded diameter of the fitting, then apply glue to the inside of the fitting connector without thread, and then insert the pipe to be connected (in addition, the outer wall of the pipe is also coated with glue, so that it is more firm).      

 7. After the bathtub heater is installed, it must be checked:      

 ●If the pipe or connection is leaking: Pour water into the bathtub and run the pump for 30 minutes to ensure that the circulating water system does not leak.      

 ●If the heater does not start, try to find the problem in the most common faults and possible solutions provided.
