   How to use:       1. Please charge for the first use   

       2. Install the host on the front suction buckle of body sculpting belt   

       3. Wet skin at site of use with water (to make the current output evenly to prevent the stinging sensation caused by dry skin)   

       4. Align conductive silicone on the back of the body sculpting belt at the site of use, wear it in contact with the skin, adjust the hook and loop, and have a moderate tightness (the conductive silicone on the back of body sculpting belt must fit skin completely),   

       Note: This product can only be used if it fits the skin. The host will automatically shut down if no conductor is detected within 5 seconds (not dead). Each mode is a stage of 20 minutes, and it will shut down automatically when the time is up (not dead) , If you need to continue to use it, turn it on again.   

       Host Operation:   

       1. Long press for 2 seconds to turn on the host, long press again for 2 seconds to turn off host, short press the host to lock the screen, and short press the screen again to unlock.   

       2. When the machine is turned on, short press the H button to heat the main body. Each time you press it, a number (1‑3) will change on the screen, and one number represents one gear. There are 3 heating levels in total.
