How to Use:    

1. Take out the intelligent module: push the intelligent module through the hole on the back of the dumbbell with your thumb.     

2. Activate the smart module: Connect the power supply to the smart module through a USB charging cable. When the display screen lights up and displays the charging status, the smart module is activated successfully. For a good first training experience, please charge the battery for 20 minutes or at least 2 bars before using. Non intelligent modules do not need to be removed and charged.    

3. Install the smart module: Install the smart module to dumbbell, and the display will light up accordingly. Pay attention to the card slot.    

4. Scan the QR code to download "Move It" APP. You can also download and install "Move It" through the corresponding mobile application platform.    

5. Bind devices to APP
