  Operation instructions

  1. Connect the positive and negative poles of the battery according to the product connection diagram.

  2. The soldering pen and battery cable should be locked with fixing screws to avoid sparking and welding

  3. Long press the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on the device, at this time the turn-on indicator will always be on (blue light);

  4. Select the corresponding capacity (green light), magnification (blue light) and indication according to your own battery parameters

  5. Short press the gear selection (yellow light) button again to select a suitable gear for welding;

  6. Locate the nickel sheet and place the nickel sheet on the positive/negative electrode of the battery to be welded. The two soldering pen tips are as close as possible, and lightly touch the nickel sheet. After 0.5 seconds, the instantaneous pulse welding nickel sheet will be automatically output; after each output The buzzer sounds once, and then the spot welding pen needs to be removed, otherwise the second output cannot be performed (the purpose is to prevent the welding time from being too long and damaging the battery).

  Note: Small capacity 18650 battery and DC power supply cannot be used as power supply. It must have a high-rate lithium battery pack or car start-up lead-acid battery discharge capacity> 100A!

  Description of buttons and indicators
