The dressing wheel mechanism is used to achieve clamping of the diamond knife and the reciprocating oscillation during dressing the grinding wheel; The rotating mechanism is used to fix the required working angle during grinding wheel trimming or to achieve the reciprocating rotation range required for grinding wheel arc trimming within a certain working angle; The feed mechanism is used to achieve the feed motion required for dressing the grinding wheel.  

The universal grinding wheel corrector is used for manual flat grinding, universal tool grinding, and various surface grinding machines, curve grinding machines, to repair various grinding wheel sections composed of straight lines and arcs  

When using, place the base of the grinding wheel corrector on a magnetic suction cup (or firmly on a workbench),  

Position (or correct) one side of the base, adjust the center height of the machine tool grinding wheel and the diamond knife  

The tip is on the same horizontal plane..  

When trimming the straight section of the grinding wheel (as shown in Figure 1), first loosen the locking screw 8 and toggle it  

The two pins on the upper and lower limit rings control the stop 3 on the circumference of the graduated turntable 11  

At the required working angle, tighten the locking screw 8 and then pull the handle 7 to make it swing  

Block 5 drives the diamond knife to move back and forth, trimming the straight section of the grinding wheel.  

When trimming the curved section of the grinding wheel, see Figure 1), loosen the locking screw 8 and move it up and down  

The two pins on the limit ring meet the requirements for rotating the rotary table to trim the circular arc of the grinding wheel section  

After making the angle, tighten the locking screw 8, and then turn the rotary table 11 to drive the diamond knife to rotate  

Now, we are repairing the circular arc section of the grinding wheel.  

When trimming different concave and convex arcs, as shown in Figure 1, loosen the locking handle and turn the right angle seat 1 again  

Slide on disc 11. Adjust the vertical fixed pin 2 on the end face of rotary table 11 and add water to the side of right angle seat 1
