Loosen self-venting drain plug to drain water from bowl into a container.\n2. Tighten drain.\n3. Use primer bulb to fill filter with fuel.\n4. Start engine and check there are no leaks.\nTo Replace elements:\n1. Loosen self-venting drain plug and drain the elements into a container.\n2. Remove filter elements from mounting bracket with bowl connected.\n3. Remove bowl from filter elements and clean o-ring gland on bowl. BOWL IS REUSABLE * DO NOT DISCARD.\n4. Lubricate o-ring with oil or grease and install on bowl.\n5. Install bowl onto new elements, tighten by hand.\n6. Lubricate filter top seal with oil or grease.\n7. Fill filter\/bowl assemble with clean fuel and attach onto mounting bracket, tighten by hand.\n8.
