Instructions:    

Operation method before use:    

First, moisten the skin of the cervical spine with a wet towel, and then put the product on the neck so that the electrode pads are close to the skin of the cervical spine and adjust the product position.    

Switch machine:    

Long press the power button for 2-3 seconds, the buzzer will beep once and the blue light will light up to enter the default mode, the default gear (0 gear). When it is turned on, press and hold the main unit for 2-3 seconds, and it will shut down after hearing a beep, and the blue light will be on.    

Mode selection (currently 5 modes)    

After the product host is turned on, short press the power button to switch modes in a cycle. There are 5 modes in total, every time you short press, you hear a beep, switch modes, and the five modes can be switched in cycles (Note: M1 mode, M2 mode, M3 mode, M4 mode, M5 mode). After each mode switching, the default gear is 0 gear.    

Gear (strength) selection:    

1. In the power-on state, the "+" on the main unit of the product is the strength strengthening button. Each time you press it, you will hear a beep, the strength will increase by one level, and the strength will be divided into 15 levels (0.1, 2..15). Press the "+" level again when the is 15 to make two beeps, the remains unchanged, and the 15 level is maintained.    

2. The "-" on the main unit of the product is the force reduction button. Each time you press it, you hear a beep, the decreases by one level, and the force is divided into 15 levels (15, 14. 13...0), and the force is 0. When pressing the "-" file again, there will be two beeps, the remains unchanged, and the 0 position is maintained.    

Heating options:    

1. Double-click the switch on the main unit of the product, and turn on the heating function with two beeps. A constant temperature of 42°C is gradually reached within 30 seconds.    

2. In the heating mode, double-click the switch on the main unit of the product, and the heating function will stop with two beeps.    

Timing function:    

1. The product host is timed for 15 minutes. When the product host is turned on, it will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of use. It must be turned on again after use. It is recommended to use it for no more than 30 minutes a day.    

2. When the product host is turned on, the product will automatically shut down within 3 minutes when the product is not worn and used normally.
